Hi, Admin,
I would like to report to you our extremely unpleasant experience at your clinic.
Our appointment is 12:30, however, we could not even get to see the doctor at 1:30, after waiting for 1 hour.
Your front desk is also insulting us, saying that waiting for one hour is perfectly fine from her perspective. She said it is all our fault, and asked us to feel free to leave. She also threatened us by saying “do you still want to see the doctors.”
I think this front desk person, whose name is carol (a local hk girl), is super arrogant and rude in all aspects. How can your clinic treat customers like this??? What gives you the courage and confidence to insult and threaten your customers???
Your front desk also ask us “to feel free to report her.” She does not seem to have the lowest education and respect to customers. Is she the god of the world??
